How Do I Disconnect the Integration?

If you need to disconnect your HubSpot integration from the Eazybe WhatsApp extension, follow these simple steps.

Open the Integration Panel

Click on the integration button in the right sidebar of your WhatsApp Web interface.Integration Icon

Disconnect HubSpot

Click on the Disconnect button under the HubSpot section. A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the disconnection.Disconnect Process

Confirm Disconnection

Confirm the disconnection when prompted. Your HubSpot integration will be removed.
Disconnecting the integration will stop syncing your WhatsApp chats with HubSpot. You can reconnect at any time by following the integration setup process again.
