The right-side bar contains a User Profile button that provides access to four key sections for managing your WhatsApp contacts.
User Profile Section
Access User Profile
Click on the Edit icon beside the contact name to access the profile section.
Edit Contact Details
In the User Profile section, you can:
- Add or edit the contact name
- Assign a priority level to the contact
- Enter the contact’s email address
- Add custom properties with specified property types
Save to Phone
Use the Save Contact to Phone option to add the contact directly to your device.
Save Profile
Click Save to preserve all profile details.
Follow-up Section
Keep track of important conversations with follow-up reminders.
Create Follow-up
Write follow-up notes to track your conversations with contacts.
Set Reminder
Set a Follow-up Reminder to receive notifications at the specified time.
View Follow-ups
Created follow-ups will appear in the Tasks section for easy management.
Configure Alerts
Add notification and audio alerts to ensure you never miss a follow-up.
Tasks Section
Manage all your tasks and follow-ups in one place.
View Existing Tasks
The Tasks section contains all follow-up notes created for your contacts.
Create New Task
Click the Add a new task button to create a new task.
Configure Task Details
Input the following task details:
- Task description
- Due date
- Priority level
- Status
- Assignee
View Completed Tasks
Completed tasks are displayed in a collapsible dropdown for easy reference.
Docs Section
Keep detailed notes about your WhatsApp conversations.
Write Notes
Type conversation notes to document important details about your WhatsApp contacts.
Save Documentation
Click the Save button to preserve your notes.
Use custom properties to track information specific to your business needs, such as customer preferences, purchase history, or conversation topics.
