How to Create a Freshdesk Ticket

Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact for whom you want to create a ticket.

Access the Freshdesk Panel
Click on the Freshdesk icon in the right-side bar.

Select Create Ticket
Click on the Create Ticket button to open the ticket creation form.

Enter Ticket Details
Fill in the required ticket information:
- Subject: Enter a brief description of the issue
- Description: Provide detailed information about the customer’s request
- Priority: Select the appropriate priority level

Submit the Ticket
Click the Create button to submit the ticket to Freshdesk.

Ticket Created
Your ticket will be created in Freshdesk and linked to the contact.
Tracking Unresolved Tickets
Once you’ve created tickets, you can easily track them:1
View Contact's Tickets
Open the Freshdesk panel for any contact to see their associated tickets.

Check Ticket Status
View the current status of each ticket (Open, Pending, Resolved, Closed).
