Before integrating Salesforce with WhatsApp using the EazyBe extension, ensure you have the following prerequisites in place.

Active Salesforce Account

You need to ensure that your Salesforce account is set up and functioning properly. Verify that you can log in and access your Salesforce dashboard.

EazyBe WhatsApp Extension Installed

Ensure that your EazyBe WhatsApp Extension is properly installed and connected to WhatsApp Web. The extension should be active in your Chrome browser.

Required Permissions

Ensure you grant the necessary permissions to connect Salesforce with WhatsApp. These permissions will be requested during the integration process.
