The onboarding flow

The extension is required for the WhatsApp Web onboarding flow in this guide. Use the same email address for the invitation, the extension, and app.eazybe.com.

Before you begin

Admins: have access to your main Eazybe organization and each employee’s work email address. Employees: use Chrome on your computer, have access to your work email and WhatsApp, and ask your admin for the main organization’s code. Using a CRM? HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho can map employees automatically when the admin has already connected the CRM. If mapping is missing, the admin completes it in the CRM integration’s settings. For other CRMs, each employee completes their own integration.
