Manage your WhatsApp chats and labels efficiently by syncing them to the Team Inbox for collaborative access.

Setting Up Backup and Sync

Activate Backup and Sync

Click the Backup and Sync button located in the right sidebar to begin the setup process.

Select Labels to Sync

Choose which labels you want to synchronize:
  • Select specific labels for targeted synchronization
  • Or choose all labels to sync everything to the Team Inbox

Save Your Selections

Click Save to apply your synchronization settings. You can optionally view synced chats directly in the Team Inbox by opening a new tab.

Accessing the Team Inbox

There are multiple ways to access the Team Inbox:

Via Organisation Button

Click the Organisation button in the right sidebar to access the EazyBe workspace.

Select Team Inbox

Within the EazyBe workspace, select Team Inbox from the left sidebar to view all synchronized WhatsApp conversations.

Alternative: Quick Access

Click the Team Inbox button directly in the right sidebar to open it in a new tab within the EazyBe workspace.
Syncing specific labels allows you to organize which conversations your team can access, making collaboration more efficient.
