Let’s learn how to create a Freshdesk contact using EazyBe.
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact you want to save.
Access the Freshdesk Panel
Click on the Freshdesk icon in the right-side bar.
Enter Contact Details
Write the name of the contact in the field and click on the Create Contact button.
Contact Created
Your contact will be created in Freshdesk.
You can directly view the contact in Freshdesk by clicking on the View Contact button after creation.
