Active HubSpot Account

Ensure your HubSpot account is set up and functioning properly. You’ll need access to your HubSpot portal to complete the integration.
Both free and paid HubSpot plans support the Eazybe integration.

Install Eazybe WhatsApp Extension

Make sure your Eazybe WhatsApp extension is properly installed and connected to WhatsApp Web.If you haven’t installed the extension yet, visit the Chrome Web Store to download it.

Required Permissions

Ensure you have the necessary permissions from your Administrator to connect HubSpot to WhatsApp:
  • App Marketplace Access — Permission to install and manage connected apps
  • File Access Permissions — Permission to access and manage files within HubSpot
