Move back and forth between WhatsApp and Salesforce seamlessly with the one-click switch feature.

Go to Salesforce Button

This feature provides quick access to your Salesforce account. The button appears adjacent to contact or lead names at the top or within the Profile Section, enabling direct navigation to the respective contact’s or lead’s Salesforce page. Go to Salesforce Button

Go Back to WhatsApp Button

Eazybe offers a Go Back to WhatsApp button accessible through Salesforce, enabling instant return to the corresponding WhatsApp conversation.

For Contacts

Navigate to any contact in Salesforce and click the Go Back to WhatsApp button to instantly return to the conversation. Go Back to WhatsApp - Contacts Page

For Leads

The same functionality is available for leads, allowing you to quickly switch back to WhatsApp conversations. Go Back to WhatsApp - Leads Page
