Viewing Resolved Tickets
Want to know which tickets have been resolved? You can easily track them directly from your WhatsApp conversation.Open WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of the Freshdesk contact whose resolved tickets you want to view.
Access Freshdesk Panel
Click on the Freshdesk icon in the right-side bar to open the integration panel.
View Resolved Section
Click on the Resolved section to see all tickets that have been resolved for this contact.
