The organization’s administrator can view which employees have connected their Salesforce accounts to the Eazybe WhatsApp Extension by accessing the Eazybe Workspace.

Prerequisites

The admin must log in to their account on the Eazybe Workspace.

Go to the Dashboard Section

The dashboard provides complete team Salesforce usage information. The Salesforce icon appears in the table under the “CRM Integrated” column. Dashboard - Connected Accounts
From the dashboard, you can quickly identify which team members have successfully integrated their Salesforce accounts and monitor the overall adoption across your organization.
