Eazybe prioritizes your privacy by ensuring WhatsApp chat data is never stored on Eazybe’s servers. Instead, data either syncs directly with your CRM system or backs up to Google Drive for Team Inbox users.
Eazybe acts as a secure data connector — it facilitates the transfer of your chat data but does not store, read, or log your messages or attachments.

CRM Integration Backup

When using Eazybe with HubSpot (or other CRMs like Zoho, LeadSquared, or Salesforce), your chat data follows a secure path:

Direct Sync from WhatsApp Web

Your chats sync directly from WhatsApp Web to your CRM’s cloud storage using official APIs.

Eazybe as Data Connector

Eazybe functions solely as a data connector. It does not store, read, or log your messages or attachments.

Your CRM system (HubSpot) handles all storage, search, retention, and encryption of your chat data.
All data transfer happens through secure, official APIs provided by your CRM platform.
