Part 2: Create Zoho Workflow Rule
Go to Workflow Rules
In Zoho: Setup → Automation → Workflow Rules Create New Rule
Click + Create Rule → Select module (Leads, Contacts, Deals) Set Trigger
Choose when to trigger:
- On record create
- On record edit
- On field update
- Date/time based
Add Webhook Action
Instant Actions → Webhook → Configure Eazybe endpoint Activate Rule
Save and activate the workflow rule
