Open Integration Settings

Go to SettingsIntegrationsZoho CRM

Enable Chat Backup

Toggle Backup chats to Zoho to ON
Enable chat backup

Choose Activity Type

Select how messages appear:
  • Notes - As notes on record
  • Activity - As WhatsApp activity
