Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho CRM

Enable Chat Backup
Toggle Backup chats to Zoho to ON

Choose Activity Type
Select how messages appear:
- Notes - As notes on record
- Activity - As WhatsApp activity

Configure Sync Options
Choose what to backup:
- ✅ Text messages

- ✅ Documents
- ✅ Voice notes
