Part 1: Create Message Template

Create and get template approved in Eazybe WABA section.

Go to Flow Builder

Setup → Process Automation → Flows → New Flow

Choose Flow Type

Select Record-Triggered Flow for automatic triggers

Configure Trigger

  • Object: Lead, Contact, or Opportunity
  • Trigger: When record is created/updated
  • Condition: Your criteria

Add HTTP Callout Action

Add action to call Eazybe webhook endpoint
