Salesforce Flows automatically trigger WhatsApp messages.

Create and get template approved in Eazybe WABA section.

Go to Flow Builder

Setup → Process Automation → Flows → New Flow

Choose Flow Type

Select Record-Triggered Flow for automatic triggers

Configure Trigger

Add HTTP Callout Action

Add action to call Eazybe webhook endpoint

Activate Flow

Save and activate the flow

Trigger: Lead created
Condition: Lead Source = "Website"
Action: Send WhatsApp welcome message

Trigger: Opportunity updated
Condition: Stage changed to "Proposal"
Action: Send WhatsApp with proposal link
