Step-by-Step Setup

Enable Chat Backup

Go to SettingsIntegrationsSalesforce → Enable Chat Backup
Enable backup

Choose Activity Type

Select how messages appear:
  • Task - As completed tasks
  • Event - As logged events
  • Custom Activity - As WhatsApp activity (if configured)

Configure Sync

  • ✅ Text messages
  • ✅ Attachments
  • ✅ Real-time sync
