Step-by-Step Setup

Enable Chat Backup
Go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → Enable Chat Backup

Choose Activity Type
Select how messages appear:
- Task - As completed tasks
- Event - As logged events
- Custom Activity - As WhatsApp activity (if configured)

Configure Sync
