How to Create Contact Tasks

Open the WhatsApp Chat

Open the WhatsApp conversation with your Zoho Contact that you want to create a task for.Open WhatsApp Chat

Click on the Zoho Icon

In the right-side panel of the EazyBe extension, locate and click on the Zoho icon to access your CRM features.Click Zoho Icon

Access the Tasks Section

Navigate to the Tasks Section, positioned as the second header under the Contact Section.Tasks Section

Create a New Task

Click on the New Task button to initiate task creation.

Enter Task Details and Save

Complete the task information fields and click Save Task to create your task.Save Task

Managing Your Tasks

Once created, you can perform the following actions on your tasks:

View

Access and review all your saved tasks for the contact

Edit

Modify existing tasks to update information or deadlines

Delete

Remove tasks that are completed or no longer needed
To edit or delete a task, click the three dots (⋮) adjacent to each task to access the management options.
Creating tasks for your contacts helps you stay organized and ensures no follow-up items are forgotten, improving your overall customer relationship management.
