Creating a Lead Task

Open the WhatsApp Chat

Open the WhatsApp chat of your Bitrix lead.Open WhatsApp chat

Click on the Bitrix Icon

Click on the Bitrix icon in the right sidebar of the Eazybe extension.Bitrix icon in sidebar

Access the Task Section

The last header under the Lead section will be the Tasks section. Click on it to access the section.Task section

Add a Task

Click on the Add Task button.Add task button

Enter the Details

Fill in the required information and click on the Save button.Task details form

View Your Created Task

Your task will be created and displayed in the UI.View created task

Manage Your Task

You have the option to either view or hide notes. You can also edit or delete the created task by clicking on the three dots menu.Manage task options
