Voice Number billing has two parts: the recurring charge for a purchased number and usage charges deducted from your wallet. Calls and SMS use the wallet separately from your Eazybe workspace plan.
The final usage amount depends on the call or message, provider cost, duration, destination, and the wallet currency. The exact amount is recorded after billing is processed.

Number rental and purchase charges

When you buy a Voice Number, Eazybe shows the amount due before you confirm the purchase. The number also has a recurring monthly rental charge. The purchase screen is the source of truth for the number you select. It shows the one-time purchase or setup fee, the rental period, tax where applicable, and the next renewal date. To review a purchased number, open CALLS → Phone Numbers → Your numbers. The table shows the number, monthly amount, purchase date, and renewal date.

Call billing

Calls made from Dialer or Auto Dialer are charged to the wallet after the call ends. Both the agent side of the call and the customer side are included in the final total. A call can therefore have a charge even when the displayed duration or destination differs from another call. There is no single fixed price for every call. The final amount can vary with the destination, billed duration, and call features. Eazybe deducts the final call amount from your wallet after the call ends. The amount is calculated for that call and shown in your wallet transaction in the wallet currency. There is no separate provider charge to pay. The amount shown in Eazybe wallet history is the complete amount deducted from your balance. Before starting a call, the wallet must meet the minimum balance required by the workspace:
  • INR wallet: ₹100
  • USD wallet: $1
This minimum is an eligibility check, not the price of a call. The actual total is deducted after billing is processed.

SMS billing

Incoming and outgoing SMS, including verification-code messages received on your Voice Number, are charged from the wallet. Eazybe deducts the complete SMS amount from your wallet after the message is processed. The exact amount appears in wallet history in your wallet currency. SMS prices can vary by message and destination, so the wallet transaction is the final price charged by Eazybe.

Add wallet credits

  1. Open Settings → Billing → Credits.
  2. Select an amount under Add credits.
  3. Review the new balance and complete payment.
Use enough wallet credit to cover the calls and messages you plan to make. A successful recharge appears in Wallet history after the payment provider confirms it.

Review usage and charges

  • Open Settings → Billing → Wallet history to review wallet debits and credits.
  • Open CALLS → Call History to review individual calls.
  • Open CALLS → Phone Numbers → Your numbers to review number rental and renewal details.

Common questions

Why did two calls have different prices?

The total changes with billed duration, destination, call details and wallet currency. The amount in wallet history is the final Eazybe charge.

When is the wallet charged?

The wallet is charged after the call or message cost is received and billing is processed. The completed debit appears in wallet history.

Does the wallet charge include the number rental?

No. The monthly number rental and any purchase or setup fee are separate from call and SMS usage deductions.

Why can I not start a call?

Calling is blocked when the workspace does not have enough eligible wallet balance. Add credits, then try again.
