Add team members to your Eazybe organization for collaborative WhatsApp management.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings

Open Eazybe Workspace → Settings → Team

Click Invite

Click Invite Team Member

Enter Details

Provide:
  • Name
  • Email
  • WhatsApp Number

Assign Role

Select Admin, Manager, or Agent

Send Invite

Team member receives email invitation

When you invite employees, they get access to:

Chat Backup & Monitoring

Chats from team members’ WhatsApp numbers are backed up to the Admin’s Google Drive and visible in Team Inbox.
This enables:
  • Conversation monitoring - See all team chats
  • Quality assurance - Review customer interactions
  • Training - Identify coaching opportunities
  • Compliance - Maintain records of all communications

Data Privacy

Eazybe does not store data on its servers. All data is:
  • Backed up with the user’s WhatsApp number
  • Stored securely in the Admin’s Google Drive
Only Admins can view all team conversations. Agents can only see their own chats.
