Signature Feature
Add a professional signature to all outgoing messages:- Enable Add Signature in settings
- Enter your desired signature text
- Click the checkmark to save
- Your signature appears above every message you send
The signature feature doesn’t currently support emojis. Keep your signature professional and concise.

No, when an admin enables blur for “Everyone,” individual team members cannot override this setting. If set to “Everyone except admin,” admins retain the ability to see unblurred data.
