Joining an organization allows you to collaborate with your team by sharing Quick Replies, Labels, and gaining visibility into follow-ups and tasks while maintaining data security.

How to Join an Organization

Obtain the Organization Code

Request the Organization Code from your administrator. The admin can find this code in the My Account section.

Access Join Organization

Click the Join another Organization button in your account settings.

Link to the Organization

Enter the Organization code and select Link to an existing organisation to complete the setup.

Yes. Eazybe does not store any data on its servers. All chat backups are stored securely in the admin’s Google Drive.
Chats are backed up in the admin’s Google Drive and are accessible via the Team Inbox feature.
Once you join an organization, you can share Quick Replies and Labels with team members, promoting consistent messaging across the organization.
