Backup & Sync

Eazybe automatically backs up WhatsApp conversations to your Team Inbox and connected CRM.

Extension Backup

For Chrome Extension users:

Click Backup & Sync

In the Eazybe sidebar, click the Backup and Sync button

Select Labels

Choose which labels to sync to Team Inbox:
  • Select specific labels, or
  • Select “All labels”

Save Settings

Click Save to apply

View in Team Inbox

Click View chats in Team Inbox to open the workspace

What Gets Backed Up

CRM Backup

Chats are also backed up to your connected CRM:

Cloud Backup

For 24/7 backup even when laptop is closed:
  1. Subscribe to Teams Plan
  2. Go to Workspace → Organization
  3. Click Start Connection for Cloud
  4. Scan QR code with WhatsApp mobile app
  5. Cloud icon turns green when connected
Cloud backup syncs chats every 3 minutes, even when your laptop is closed.

Sync Settings by Label

Control which chats sync to CRM:
  1. Click Backup and Sync in sidebar
  2. Click on your CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  3. For labels you don’t want synced, click Don’t Sync
  4. To re-enable, click Sync
Initial sync includes last 3 days of chat history. Future messages sync every 3 minutes.
