Filtering by Assignment
In Team Inbox, filter conversations by:- Assigned to me - See your assignments
- Unassigned - Chats needing assignment
- Assigned to [Name] - Specific team member
Assignment Notifications
When assigned a conversation:- Email notification (if enabled)
- In-app notification
- Appears in “My Conversations” filter
