Dynamic Labels

Dynamic Labels automatically categorize conversations based on content and CRM data.

How It Works

The AI analyzes:
  • Message content and keywords
  • Customer value from CRM
  • Conversation sentiment
  • Historical interactions

Setting Up Dynamic Labels

Enable AI Labels

Go to Settings → Labels → Enable Dynamic Labels

Configure Rules

Set keywords and conditions for each label

Connect CRM

Link CRM for customer value data

Test

Send test messages to verify labeling

CRM Sync

Dynamic Labels can sync with CRM properties:
  • Label applied → CRM field updated
  • CRM field changed → Label updated
