Campaign Level
- Go to Workspace → Broadcasts
- Click on a campaign name
- View detailed metrics and recipient breakdown
Message Level
For each recipient, see:- Sent timestamp
- Delivered timestamp
- Read timestamp (if available)
- Error message (if failed)
