Requirements: access to the Team Inbox, and a connected CRM if you want properties written back to contact and deal records. Adding, renaming, and deleting properties requires the Admin role. BEA Radar is available on Eazybe’s AI plans.

How It Works
Each conversation moves through six stages.
Analysis begins as soon as a message arrives. There is nothing to trigger.
Where to Find It
BEA Radar sits inside the Team Inbox rather than in a separate dashboard.- In the chat: the AI properties panel is pinned beside each conversation in the Team Inbox.
- Configuration: Team Inbox → Settings, for adding and managing properties.
- Retrieval: the AI filters control sits above the chat list.
- Destination: the connected CRM record.
What BEA Radar Records
Three groups of properties are written on every chat.
Any of the three can be used as a filter across the whole inbox. See AI Filters.
CRM Sync
Every property, whether part of the sales brief, auto-created, or added by an Admin, is written to the matching contact or deal record in the connected CRM. Records update as conversations continue, so no chat has to be logged by hand. Supported CRMs are HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho, along with Eazybe’s broader integration set. Confirm your CRM connection before relying on sync, so properties land on the right contact and deal records.Behaviour to Be Aware Of
- The auto-created set differs per workspace. Properties are derived from your own conversations, so two businesses on BEA Radar see different fields. They appear over your first conversations rather than all at once.
- The brief updates as the conversation continues. Reopening a chat later shows the current state, not the state at the time the chat arrived.
- New properties fill going forward. A property added today is filled on relevant chats from that point on.
- A property’s description defines what is captured. For admin-defined properties, the AI reads the description to decide what to look for.
- Property management is Admin-only. Employees can change a property’s value on a chat, but cannot add, rename, or delete properties or their options.

No. BEA Radar detects the properties your business tracks from your conversations and creates them. Adding your own is optional, for a field you want captured that the AI has not created.
