Filtering Your Inbox

Open AI Filters

Click on “AI filters” to filter your chat list based on an AI property.AI filters button above the chat list

Select an AI Property

Select the AI property you want to filter by — for example, “Conversation State”.Selecting the Conversation State AI property

Select a Property Value

Then select the property value — for example, “Waiting on Rep”.Selecting the Waiting on Rep property value

Add More Filters

In the same way, you can add more filters to build a tighter, more optimised chat list.Combining multiple AI filters
