Health Check - Eazybe

Use the health endpoint for availability checks and integration diagnostics. It does not require an API key and does not verify your organization’s WhatsApp configuration.

Successful response

The response includes service metadata. These are the stable fields to use for a reachability check:

The live response can also include an endpoints object for service diagnostics. Its route inventory can change independently of this guide; use the endpoint index as the supported v2 integration reference.

What this check confirms

The Public Broadcast API service can receive HTTP requests.
The service returns its current identity and version metadata.

It does not confirm that:

Your x-api-key is valid.
A WABA number is connected to your organization.
A template is approved or a message can be delivered.

To verify organization access without sending a message, call Get Phone Numbers with your auth key.
