Salesforce Lead Call Logs

Did you know that EazyBe allows you the flexibility to add Call Logs for your Salesforce leads? If you’re wondering how to do this, let’s dive in!

  1. Open the WhatsApp Chat

    Open the WhatsApp chat of your Salesforce lead.

  2. Click on the Salesforce Icon

    Click on the Salesforce icon in the right sidebar of the extension.

  3. Access the Call Logs Section

    In the Lead Section, scroll to the bottom where you’ll find the last header labeled Call Logs. Click on it to access the section.

  4. Add a New Call Log

    Click on the Add Call Log button

  5. Save Call Log

    Enter the necessary details and then click Save Call Log button.

  6. View Your Created Call Log

    Once saved, you can view your created call log.

  7. Edit or Delete Call Log

    You can also edit or delete the created call log by clicking on the three dots next to it.
