You can easily manage the deals associated with a ZOHO Contact directly from your WhatsApp Chat.

Open the WhatsApp Chat of the ZOHO Contact whose deals you want to manage.

In the right sidebar of the extension, click on the ZOHO icon.

Under the Contact header, select the Deals Section to see the existing deals.

1. Click on the three dots next to the specific deal.
 
 
 
 
2. Click on the pencil icon to open the deal's details.
3. Edit the properties and add new ones if needed.

After making the necessary changes, click on the Save button to update the deal.

1. Open the WhatsApp Chat
 Open the WhatsApp Chat of the ZOHO Contact whose deals you want to manage.
 
2. Click on the ZOHO Icon
 In the right sidebar of the extension, click on the ZOHO icon.
 
 
 
3. Access the Deals Section
 Under the Contact header, select the Deals Section to see the existing deals.
 
 
 
 
4. Edit a Deal
 To modify a deal, 
 1. Click on the three dots next to the specific deal.
 
 
 
 
 2. Click on the pencil icon to open the deal's details.
 3. Edit the properties and add new ones if needed.
 
 
 
 
5. Save Changes
 After making the necessary changes, click on the Save button to update the deal.

Note: You can also view the chat backup in the 5 most recent deals of your ZOHO Contact.
