ZOHO Deals gives you a clear view of the business opportunities you're pursuing, allowing you to track their progress from start to finish. They help you organize all the essential details related to each deal, from its value and current stage in the pipeline to the associated contact information, ensuring that you stay on top of every deal.
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho contact.
Click on the ZOHO Icon
In the right sidebar of the extension, click on the ZOHO icon.
Access the Deals Section
The final header under the Contact section is the Deals Section, click on it to access the section.
Create a New Deal
Click on the New Deal button.
Fill in the Deal Details
Enter the necessary deal details. You can also select custom properties by clicking on the Edit button. Once the details are completed, click on the Save Deal button.
Manage the Deal
Your deal will be created, and you can:
Edit the deal by clicking the three dots and selecting Edit.
Delete the deal by clicking the three dots and selecting Delete.
Add new deal by clicking the Add Deal button and repeating the process.
