Create ZOHO Contact Tasks

Do you have a pending task that you want to save and track easily? Don’t worry, the Tasks Section of EazyBe’s Zoho Integration can help you stay organized.

Here's how:

  1. Open the WhatsApp Chat

    Open the WhatsApp chat of your ZOHO contact.

  2. Click on the Zoho Icon

    In the right sidebar of the extension, click on the ZOHO icon.

  3. Access the Tasks Section

    The second header under the Contact Section is the Tasks Section. Click on it to access the Tasks Section.

  4. Create a New Task

    Click on the New Task button.

  5. Enter Task Details

    Fill in the task details and click on the Save Task button.

  6. View your Task

    Once saved, you can view your task

  7. Manage your Task

    You can Edit or Delete the task by clicking on the three dots next to the task.
