The Profile Section of the Zoho contact displays basic contact details. Follow these steps to access and edit this section:
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho Contact.
Click on the ZOHO icon
In the right-side bar of the EazyBe extension, click on the Zoho icon.
Access the Profile Section
Click on the Contact header. The first section that opens up will be the Profile Section.
View and Edit Details
You can view and edit user properties for your contact. After making changes, click on the Save button to update the profile.
