Create ZOHO Contact Notes

Do you have something important going on, but worry that you might forget where the last conversation ended? Maybe the conversation paused before reaching a conclusion, and you want to keep track of it for later.

No worries, with the EazyBe Notes section, you can create Follow-up Notes and save important messages for future reference.

Let’s find out.

  1. Open the WhatsApp Chat

    Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho Contact.

  2. Click on the ZOHO Icon

    In the right sidebar of the extension, click on the Zoho icon.

  3. Access the Notes Section

    The second header under the Contact section will be the Notes section.

  4. Create a New Note

    Click on the New Note button.

  5. Fill in the Details

    Enter the details for your follow-up note, then click on the Save Note button.

  6. Manage Note

    Once, the note is created, you can view, edit or delete the Note whenever needed. You can also create a new note by clicking on the Add Note button and repeating the same process again. This allows you to easily keep track of multiple follow-up notes for each contact, ensuring that all important details are captured for future reference.
