How to create a new contact on Zoho
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho contact you want to create.
Click on the Zoho Icon
In the right sidebar of the EazyBe extension, click on the Zoho icon.
Access the Contact Section
Click on the Contact header in the Zoho popup.
Fill in the Details
Complete the necessary fields and customize the user properties by clicking the Edit button if needed.
5. Create the Contact
Click on the Create Contact button, and your contact will be created.
6. View Contact on Zoho
You can directly view the contact in Zoho by clicking on the View Contact on Zoho button in the contact's profile section.
