Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho lead.
Click on the Zoho Icon
In the right-side bar of the EazyBe extension, click on the Zoho icon.
Access the Notes Section
The second header under the Lead section will be the Notes section.
Create a New Note
Click on the New Note button.
Fill in the Details
Fill in the details and click on the Save Note button.
Once created, you can view, edit or delete the Note as needed.
