To create a new lead in ZOHO that is not yet in the system:

Open the WhatsApp chat of the respective contact you wish to add.

Click on the ZOHO icon in the right sidebar of the extension.

Fill in the required and necessary details and click on the Create Lead button.

Congratulations, you have successfully added your first lead in ZOHO.
