How to create a new contact on Zoho
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho Contact.
Click on the Zoho icon on the right-side bar.
Click on the Contact header in the Zoho popup.
Fill in the details and you can also click on the Edit button and customize the user properties as per your convenience.
5. Click on the Create Contact button and your contact will be created.
6.You also have an option to view Contact directly in Zoho by clicking on the View Contact on Zoho button in the profile section of the contact as given below.
