The Profile Section of the Zoho Lead will show the basic contact details. To access and edit the profile section, ensure that the Lead is created in ZOHO.
Open the WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho Lead.
Click on the ZOHO Icon
In the right sidebar of the extension, click on the ZOHO icon.
Visit the Profile Section
The first header that opens under the ZOHO Mini CRM View's Lead Section will be the Profile section.
Edit User Properties
You can view and edit the user properties for your ZOHO Lead. Once you've made the necessary edits, click on the Save button to apply changes.
