Eazybe

The profile section of a LeadSquared Lead will display the basic contact details and is the first section that opens when a LeadSquared Lead is created via the EazyBe WhatsApp Extension. To access the Profile section,

Open the WhatsApp chat of the Leadsquared lead.

Click on the LeadSquared icon in the right sidebar. The first section that appears under the Lead section is the Profile section.

You can view and edit user properties for your lead. Once you've made your changes, click the Apply button. If you need more details on editing lead properties refer to Edit LeadSquared Lead Properties.

After completing your edits, click Save to finalize the changes.

4. Save Lead Details
