Opportunities represent potential deals or clients showing interest in your product. They help you to categorize clients based on the status of conversations, allowing you to prioritize the most important ones.

And do you know? You can create LeadSquared Opportunities directly via EazyBe WhatsApp extension.

Let's find out.

  1. Open the Lead's WhatsApp Chat

    Open the WhatsApp Chat of the LeadSquared lead you want to create an opportunity for.

  2. Access the Opportunity Section

    Click on the Opportunity Section in the LeadSquared Mini-CRM view. This section is visible only if a lead has been created for that contact in LeadSquared.

  3. Create Opportunity

    Click on the Create Opportunity button to create a new Opportunity for that lead.

  4. Edit Opportunity Details

    Fill in the necessary details about the opportunity.

  5. Save Opportunity Details

    Once all the details are filled, click on the Save button and your opportunity will be created.

  6. Add More Opportunities

    To add more opportunities, simply click the Create Opportunity button again and follow the same steps.
