Troubleshooting: Fix WhatsApp Syncing issue with LeadSquared

Your WhatsApp conversations aren't syncing with LeadSquared? You're moving your conversations forward, but the backup isn't getting stored on LeadSquared. Worried about losing your chats? Don't worry! This troubleshooting guide will help you check that everything is set up correctly for syncing.

WhatsApp Chats by EazyBe Activity enabled in LeadSquared

  1. Open any LeadSquared Lead page, either using EazyBe's 'View Lead on LeadSquared' button or navigating to the LeadSquared Lead's page.

  2. On the Lead page, under Activity History, click and expand Activity Type dropdown.

  3. In the dropdown, ensure the checkbox for WhatsApp Chats by EazyBe is selected.
