The EazyBe WhatsApp Extension allows you to efficiently manage your LeadSquared Opportunities. Here are the various tasks you can perform on opportunities:
1. View Opportunity on LeadSquared
You can directly view any created opportunity in LeadSquared.
Click on the respective opportunity.
Select the View Opportunity on LeadSquared button to be redirected to the LeadSquared Opportunities page.
You can also view chat backup in the Opportunities section.
2. Edit Opportunity
To edit an existing opportunity:
Select the opportunity you want to modify.
Click on the Edit button. It will open a user properties window.
Adjust the user properties as required and click on Apply.
After making the necessary changes, click Save to confirm the edits.
3. Delete Opportunity
To delete an opportunity:
Click on the three dots next to the respective opportunity you wish to delete.
Select the Delete button, and the opportunity will be deleted.
4. Create Opportunity Tasks
You can create specific tasks for your opportunities in LeadSquared.
Click on the opportunity for which you want to create a task.
Navigate to the Tasks section.
Click on the Add Task button and fill in the required details.
Once you click on Save, a task will be created against the respective opportunity.
