Create a New Lead in LeadSquared
Step 1: Open the Lead's WhatsApp Chat
Open the WhatsApp chat of the contact you want to create a lead for.
Step 2: Access the LeadSquared Mini-CRM View
Click on the LeadSquared icon in the right sidebar. The Leads section will appear.
Step 3: Link an Existing Lead
If the contact already exists as a lead in LeadSquared:
Click on Link Contact.
Select the lead from the dropdown.
Click the Link button.
Step 4: Create a New Lead
If the contact is new and not yet a lead in LeadSquared:
Click on the Create Contact button.
Fill in the required details in the provided fields. You can also customize the fields according to your preferences.
Step 5: View the Lead Directly in LeadSquared
To view the lead directly in LeadSquared, click on the View Lead on LeadSquared button.
Customize Lead Properties in LeadSquared
Step 1: Open the WhatsApp Chat of the Lead
Access the WhatsApp chat of the respective LeadSquared lead.
Step 2: Edit Lead Properties
In the Contact Card that appears, click on the Edit button.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to edit or select the lead's properties as per your requirements.
Rearrange the order of property display and choose whether a property is required or optional.
Step 3: Save the Changes
After making your changes, click Apply. You will then see the updated properties in the Contact Card in the LeadSquared Mini-CRM view.
Edit the properties as needed and click Save to finalize your changes.
