Automatic Sync (every 3 minutes)

WhatsApp conversations with your HubSpot contacts are automatically synced every 3 minutes. Please note, that chats with HubSpot contacts will only be synced and you can manage selective sync using Sync settings option inside HubSpot Mini-CRM view.

Once the syncing of the chats begins, the last synced date and time will be visible in the EazyBe extension.

To verify if chats have synced, click on the icon to redirect to your contact's page in HubSpot.



Initial Integration​

When you integrate HubSpot for the first time, we automatically provide chat backup for the past 3 days.

Logging of Activity

WhatsApp chats are backed up in the WhatsApp Activity object within the activity section of HubSpot.


You can also view recent activities in the Overview section.

Additionally, we also do chat backup in the latest HubSpot deals.

This ensures that all relevant WhatsApp conversations are captured and backed up within the deal records.

Apart from that, the chats are also backup in HubSpot Companies page.

Attachments Backup

Attachments are backed up alongside chat messages within HubSpot's WhatsApp activity. The attachments gets back up with the text alongside attachments in the below format.
