Automatic Sync (every 3 minutes)

WhatsApp conversations with your LeadSquared leads are automatically synced every 3 minutes. Please note, chats will only sync with contacts who are already LeadSquared Leads. Once syncing begins, the last synced date and time will be visible in the EazyBe extension under the LeadSquared Mini-CRM view.

To verify if chats have synced, click on the icon to redirect to your lead's page in LeadSquared.

Initial Integration

When you integrate LeadSquared for the first time, EazyBe automatically provides a chat backup for the past 3 days.

Logging of Activity

WhatsApp chats are backed up under the WhatsApp Chats by EazyBe Activity object within the leads section in LeadSquared. To access the section:

  1. Click on the Leads dropdown in the top bar of your LeadSquared account.

  2. Click on Manage Leads.

  3. Click on the name of the lead for whom you want to see WhatsApp conversations.

  4. In the Activity History, ensure the checkbox for WhatsApp Chats by EazyBe in the Activity type dropdown is selected.

    Here, you can view all the chats that have been backed up.

Backup in the Opportunity Section

The WhatsApp chats are also backed up in the LeadSquared Opportunity section for the created opportunity linked to a specific lead. This ensures that all communication related to the opportunity is stored for future reference.

To access this section,


1. Click on the Leads dropdown in the top bar of your LeadSquared account.

2. Click on Manage Opportunities and select the opportunity.

3. Select the Opportunity for which you want to view your WhatsApp chats.

4. In the Activity History, ensure the checkbox for WhatsApp Chats by EazyBe in the Activity type dropdown is selected.

Here, you can view all the chats that have been backed up.
