Automatic Sync (every 3 minutes)

WhatsApp conversations with your ZOHO contacts or leads are automatically synced every 3 minutes. Please note, that chats with ZOHO contacts or leads will only be synced.

Once the syncing of the chats begins, the last synced date and time will be visible in the EazyBe extension.

To verify if chats have synced, click on the icon to redirect to your contact's page in ZOHO.

Initial Integration​

When you integrate ZOHO for the first time, we automatically provide chat backup for the past 3 days.

Logging of Activity

WhatsApp chats are backed up in the Notes Section of the Contacts and Leads page of ZOHO.

EazyBe also provides backup in the 5 latest deals associated with a contact, which can be viewed on the respective Deal's page in ZOHO.

Attachments Backup

Attachments from WhatsApp conversations are stored in both the Notes and Attachments sections of the Zoho Leads and Contacts pages.

In the Notes section: A link is generated for each attachment, allowing easy access to the file. The link is displayed along with the respective chat, making it accessible directly from the conversation context.

In the Attachments section: Attachments are visible in a tabular view, where each attachment is listed with details such as the File Name, Attached By, Date Added, and Size, providing a clear and organized structure for managing files related to a lead or contact.
