You can view the back up of your WhatsApp chats within HubSpot in several areas such as:
HubSpot Contact Page:
Each synced WhatsApp conversation will appear under the WhatsApp Activity section of the HubSpot contact's timeline. You can view all message backups and interactions stored here.
HubSpot Deals Section:
If a contact has deals associated with them, the chats will appear in the latest deal on the Deals Page.
HubSpot Company's Page:
The chats will also appear on the company's page in HubSpot.
