Let’s learn how to create a Deal in Zoho.
Open the WhatsApp chat of your Zoho contact.
Click on the Zoho icon in the right side-bar.
The final header under the Contact section will be the Deals one, click on it and you can access the section.
Click on the New Deal button.
Fill in the details and you can also select custom properties from a range of user properties by clicking on the Edit button. Once all the details have been filled, click on the Save Deal button.
Your Deal will be created.
You can edit or delete the created deal by clicking on the three dots.
